At this time, Living Well Massage is not an active participant on any personal insurance panels. However, we have had success with select insurance companies with the "self bill for reimbursement" option. In this case, the client pays for the massage at time of service, then the client will submit the appropriate documentation to their insurance company and they issue a check for reimbursement for prepaid services. This option may not apply to all insurance plans, so it is best to call your insurance to determine eligibility and establish what documentation is needed for submission. We are very familiar with insurance billing so any document needed for submission we would be happy to provide for you at time of service.
